If something happens during your rental, contact us as soon as possible. We can help with technical faults, warning lights, damage, return arrangements and other rental questions.

Contact us without delay before arranging repairs or towing.

Do not arrange repairs or towing at Kaltio Rent's expense without prior permission, except for necessary emergency measures to prevent further damage or ensure road safety.

Looking for a car for your season?
Tell us when you need a car, how long you plan to stay and where you will mainly use it. We'll confirm what is available.
Availability request
Sending a request does not automatically book a car. Availability and rental details are confirmed together before the rental begins.
Rental documents and accepting an offer
An availability inquiry or preliminary request is not binding acceptance. The agreement is formed when you expressly accept Kaltio Rent's individual offer in writing, for example via WhatsApp or email, or, if no binding agreement exists yet, when the individual agreement is signed at handover. Before acceptance, Kaltio provides the individual offer, applicable rental terms and Privacy Notice as PDFs for review and retention. A later handover signature does not change an agreement already formed.
